Designing for Equity

It’s more important than ever to come together across borders in the pursuit of gender equity.

I worked with the CHANGE global coalition to design an emblem that will represent their values and aspirations. CHANGE is a first-of-its-kind, global coalition of cities focused on achieving true gender equity. Through the leadership of the six co-founding cities - Barcelona, Freetown, London, Los Angeles, Mexico City, and Tokyo - CHANGE has the power to harness each member's ongoing commitment to equality and build on the work of justice for their 35 million residents.

From public safety to education opportunities, to equal pay and employment – local governments can advance gender equity. Past success of international city networks make clear the value of these kinds of partnerships in driving positive change at both the domestic and global level.
